Returns Policy

If you wish to exchange merchandise or require a refund, you may do so provided you return the goods to our mail order department (see below) within 7 working days of you receiving the goods (excluding weekends and UK bank or other public holidays). When returning an item you must enclose the invoice/receipt as proof of purchase. Postage charges incurred in doing this are the responsibility of the customer.

KC Sports will only pay carriage on faulty goods

All goods must be returned in perfect condition with all labels and tags still on the product in the exact same condition that it was sent. If the product is faulty or damaged please contact us by email first before sending your product back. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned have been damaged or tampered with.

Printed shirts cannot be exchanged or refunded, even if the player subsequently leaves or has a number change.

We do not accept liability for any mistakes in personal names as provided to us, so please check spelling of any personal names very carefully.
